The Encinitas Half Marathon is an amazing race. In fairness, it is my hometown so I’m also a tad biased. Its a gorgeous course run along the ocean, its close to home and this was the FIRST time I ran with my son Gage.
The Encinitas Half Marathon is a killer run through every borough of Encinitas. You get a taste of Leucadia, Encinitas Proper and finally Cardiff by the Sea on your way back to the finish line.
The Carlsbad Half Marathon is a fun race. I would have to say that any race run along the beach on the west coast is a race worth running.
